how I decide, every single time

385 estimated sales? Not yours.

The number the tool shows you is not the number you can sell. Most people find that out after the stock arrives.

Estimated sales get split between everyone already on that listing. Your share is a fraction of the number on screen, and it is the fraction — not the estimate — that decides whether the buy makes money. Working that out before the cart is the single habit that changed my results.

The part most people leave out

This took me longest to learn and cost me the most while I was learning it. Two rules saved me more money than anything else, and both of them are about who is already on the listing rather than about price.

How it actually works

  1. The estimate is not yoursIt gets split. Yours is a fraction of it.
  2. Some listings are unwinnableWho is on it decides before price does.
  3. Margin is the last checkNot the first. That order costs people money.

Four layers, my real screenshots, and the nine-question checklist I run before every buy.

I started this business in February 2021. The figures above are my own and are not typical — most people who try this do not reach them, and plenty lose money on stock that does not sell. Nothing here is financial advice. Some links are affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
